If you are requesting a refund from the pharmacy, the medication must have not shipped yet. If the medication has shipped, no refund is applicable. These laws are established by the College of Pharmacy, hence no returns can be accepted on prescription products.
You will be charged 50% of the cost of the appointment in the event that you don't show up for the appointment as the practitioner's calendar will be blocked for your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment with a 24hrs notice with no penalty.
For your convenience, all prescriptions are dispensed via our pharmacy partner. Since the majority of TRT prescriptions are controlled substances, we have to ensure proper dispensing protocol and intervals are established. We also cannot find out when your next follow up is due if dispensing does not take place via pharmacy partner, that can potentially put you at risk of delays and gaps in your treatment. If you wish to use another pharmacy, our staff will need to establish contact with your preferred pharmacy partner, transfer over the prescription, and provide any ongoing support for prescription clarifications, refills etc. Hence, there is an admin charge of $25 per appointment, if you wish to choose another pharmacy. We will not charge you if you reside in an area that is not serviceable by pharmacy partner, or if pharmacy partner is out of medication. In this case, your rx will be transferred over without any admin fees.
