Francis Major

I recently reached out to OnMen after blood work showed my T was at the low end. I like that OnMen won't prescribe TRT unless they deem it necessary and they will suggest alternative options if you don't qualify.

Joseph Bartek

So grateful to have found this company. A Lot of physicians in Canada still feel it is a waste of time to even look at optimizing testosterone, especially because reference ranges are so diverse. The doctor that OnMen provided was knowledgeable and patient. The best part was she listened to what I had to say instead of just trying to prescribe an antidepressant. Very satisfied, very greatful

Frequently asked questions

The science behind human Growth Hormone

Human Growth Hormone (hGH), produced by the pituitary gland, plays a crucial role in various bodily functions. It binds to the hGH receptor, triggering the production of Insulin-like Growth Factor I (IGF-I). While hGH is well-known for promoting growth in children, it also has significant metabolic functions in adults. It helps regulate body composition, supports muscle and bone growth, influences sugar and fat metabolism, and promotes heart health. Additionally, hGH aids in maintaining, building, and repairing tissues in the organs, accelerating healing after injuries, and repairing muscle tissue post-exercise.

hGH treatments are currently only available in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Alberta. We are unfortunately unable to serve Manitoba at this time.

Symptoms of low hGH levels include:

Poor recovery from exercise

Decreased exercise tolerance

Difficulty with weight loss

Fatigue

Anxiety and Depression

Sensitivity to heat and cold

Less muscle mass

Decreased Libido

We will test for IGF1 and IGFBP3 in your blood to determine if you are eligible for hGH. If you show deficiency in these markers, hGH therapy will be initiated.

Health Assessment

The initial step involves completing our questionnaire to assess your medical history. Once submitted, we will arrange for a comprehensive referral for hormone and metabolic blood work to be emailed to you.

Timely completion of your blood work is essential for evaluating your eligibility for the program. Please note that scheduling your initial virtual consultation with a practitioner is contingent upon receiving your blood work results.

Personalized, individual healthcare plan

During the video consultation with a licensed practitioner, you'll have the opportunity for an in-depth discussion about your blood work results, the symptoms you're experiencing, and your lifestyle goals. The practitioner will interpret the results and recommend a personalized treatment plan designed to address both your symptoms and lifestyle objectives.

Treatment

After your consultation, a prescription will be sent to our affiliated pharmacy, who will contact you within 48 hours of receiving it. Your medication will be shipped directly to your doorstep.

Quarterly follow-ups

Follow-up blood work and consultations are scheduled quarterly after starting your treatment. This schedule allows us to monitor your progress, address any potential side effects, and adjust your treatment plan as needed. This structured approach ensures ongoing care, with prescriptions renewed at each follow-up to support your health journey effectively.

Your quarterly subscription fee covers follow-up blood work and a consultation with a practitioner. Following the consult, your prescription will be renewed for the next quarter.

First-time blood work requisitions are emailed within 24 hours of sign up.

Follow-up blood work requisitions are emailed 85 days from your last subscription renewal.

Blood work should be completed in the morning, before 10am. Please ensure you are completing blood work after an overnight fast.

Once you have been approved to start hGH program, payment will be processed for your initial virtual consultation.

After your initial virtual consultation, we will set up a subscription for you that will renew every quarter. You will receive an email with instructions to complete follow-up blood work and a link to schedule your next appointment once your blood work results are available.

The process starts as soon as we receive your blood work. Once the extensive analysis is complete, you will have a decision on your eligibility in 5-7 business days from receipt of your results.

IGF1 and IGFBP3 are crucial markers needed to assess eligibility for hGH treatment and are not covered at the lab.
